ENA Submission
The ENA Submission page allows you to submit metadata to the European Nucleotide Archive (../ENA). You need a validated (../RDF) metadata file, which you can either upload directly or select from an already-validated file (../from iRODS/Yoda if logged in, or from local storage otherwise) via the two tabs on the page. The ENA submission module then creates the required XML files for you.
After uploading your metadata file, the system processes the file and presents an option to select the appropriate study from which samples can be selected to be submitted.
Once you have selected the study and samples, you can click on the Generate button to generate the XML files required for submission to the ENA.
